HSE Specialist urgently needed for a big factory in 6th of October city

1. Ensuring that the site personnel are aware of their HSE responsibilities.
2. Preparing health and safety strategies and developing internal policy & HSE plan.
3. Provide training, support and advice to all employees on matters relating to Health and Safety.

4. Accident/Incident investigation, analysis and reporting.
5. Carrying out risk assessments and considering how risks could be reduced.
6. Carrying out regular site inspections to check policies and procedures are being properly implemented.

7. Keeping records of incidents and accidents and producing statistics for managers.
8. Negotiating with managers and Operators to try to eliminate conflict between Operations and Safety considerations.
9. Sub Contractor Control Health, Safety & Environment aspect.
10. Management and review of outstanding actions.
11. Permit to Work review and approvals.
12. Planning practical and effective methods, both preventative and remedial, of promoting health and safety and safe working practices.
13. Preparation of emergency procedures.

Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience
OSHA
English
